Welcoming Access: Introducing Braille Debit Cards

Old National Bank is proud to announce an exciting option to better serve its visually impaired clients: as of September 18, 2025, clients can request a Braille debit card.

Available as classic personal debit cards, these new Braille debit cards make everyday banking easier for our visually impaired clients. This latest option is one more example of Old National’s commitment to inclusion and accessibility.

The opportunity to introduce Braille debit cards to life started with the partnership of former Bremer Bank, which offered a similar product for its clients. Old National saw the importance and value in continuing to serve clients who rely on Braille for financial independence and took action to offer these options.

How to Request Your Braille Debit Card

Requesting a Braille debit card is simple:

  • Visit your local banking center or call Old National’s Client Care number at (800) 731-2265.
  • Request a Braille debit card.
  • A special request will be submitted through the centrally issued card system.
  • There are no additional fees for requesting a Braille debit card.

Championing Accessible Banking Together

Braille debit cards are more than a product—it’s a statement of support for the visually impaired community and their families. By offering Braille debit cards, Old National is helping more clients feel confident in managing their finances in accessible and meaningful ways.

Old National invites visually impaired clients, their families, and supporters to take advantage of this inclusive offering. Spread the word and help us continue building a more accessible banking experience for all.

This is just one of many steps Old National is taking to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. If you have questions about Braille debit cards, please stop by your nearest Old National Bank banking center or contact Client Care at (800) 731-2265.
