How the Old National Bank Foundation Funds Supporting Disability Inclusion
Old National has always focused on strengthening and supporting the communities we serve. In 2025, we invested over $4.2 million in our communities via grants to 275 organizations, many of which support disability inclusion initiatives.
“In 2025, the Old National Bank Foundation focused on what it takes to create lasting change,” said Old National Bank Foundation President Joe Kiser. “This includes stable housing, access to economic opportunity and the tools people need to build financial security. By investing alongside trusted community partners, we’re helping move families and neighborhoods from resilience to real, long‑term progress.”
In 2025, 98% of all ONB Foundation grant funding supported CRA-eligible initiatives, and 72% of grants served underrepresented communities.
Here are just a handful of grants supporting disability inclusion initiatives funded in 2025 through our foundation:
Opportunity Partners, Inc. – Minneapolis, Minnesota
This community‑based employment program provides career planning, job development, coaching, and retention supports for people with disabilities seeking competitive, integrated work. Participants receive person‑centered services that match strengths to employer needs, leading to better job fit and longer‑term success. By sustaining support beyond hire, the program increases earnings, strengthens workplace inclusion, and improves quality of life.
Little Friends, Inc. – Warrenville, Illinois
Little Friends expands employment services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering individualized job coaching, soft‑skills training, and supported placements. Participants build confidence and competence in real workplaces while employers gain coaching that improves inclusion and retention. By opening pathways to competitive, community‑based employment, the program advances independence, stability, and a stronger sense of belonging.
