Ready to take your trip? Set your region and use your card with confidence.

ADJUST YOUR TRAVEL SETTINGS WITH MOBILE BANKING

Have confidence in your card (or cards) when you travel. Simply set up travel controls with Mobile Banking1:

 

  • Step 1: Log in to Mobile Banking, tap the more button and select Card Controls

    Step 1

    • Log in to Mobile Banking
    • Tap the “More” button
    • Select “Card Controls”
  • Step 2: Choose the card you would like to adjust and select location controls

    Step 2

    • Choose the card you would like to adjust
    • Select “Location Controls”
    • Select “My Regions” and choose “Add Region”
  • Step 3: Enter the Country or state where you will travel

    Step 3

    • Enter the country or state where you will travel.
    • Select “Save” at the top right.
    • We recommend saving your home state as a region, to avoid confusion on the day you leave or return.
    • Enter up to three regions. Our Tip: You may enter a city or zip code, but we recommend entering a broader area to give you greater freedom. For example, if you are traveling to Orlando, we recommend you enter “Florida,” so that your card will also be accepted in nearby suburbs.
  • Step 4: Saved regions will appear in the My Regions screen

    Step 4

    • Your saved regions will appear on the “My Regions” screen.
    • That is all you need to do!
    • Once you return from your trip, toggle off the region control – or delete the regions you no longer need.
