  • Dual-control functionality for file import and exception authorization
  • The ability to customize issue file layout specifications for ease of file uploads
  • Single check entry to avoid unnecessary exceptions
  • Alert notifications preventing exceptions from being systematically returned
  • Single module housing exceptions for all Positive Pay items

ACH Positive Pay

This electronic payment fraud mitigation tool lets you establish payment rules to accept or return ACH debit transactions systematically. You are alerted to unauthorized or fraudulent ACH Debit transactions outside of your payment rules that require review and authorization for further processing. It gives you:

  • Protection over ACH Debit transactions before they post to your account
  • Dual control functionality when approving exceptions
  • The ability to add, edit or delete payment rules
  • Single module housing exceptions for all Positive Pay exception items
  • Alert notifications preventing exceptions from being systematically returned

ACH Universal Debit Block

This automated fraud risk management service blocks all incoming ACH Debits from posting to your account and systematically returns the item to the originator as unauthorized.
